Refund policy

Last updated: Oct 30, 2026

Website purchases

korot subscriptions on the website are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes refunds.

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal, no reason needed.

Website plans are sold only to billing addresses in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, so an order with a billing address elsewhere is refunded in full and cancelled automatically; you do not need to ask.

How to ask for a refund

Ask Paddle at paddle.net or through the link in your receipt email, or write to hello@korot.app from the email you purchased with, with your order number, and we will arrange it with Paddle. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in Paddle’s Buyer Terms; it applies alongside the 14-day window above. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

After the refund window

You can cancel at any time to stop renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After the 14-day window, the rest of that period is not refunded unless the law requires it or Paddle grants a refund under its Refund Policy. Deleting your account also cancels a website subscription. How to cancel on the website and in each store is set out in the terms of service.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Subscriptions bought in the app are refunded under the policy of the store you bought from, and you ask that store for the refund; we cannot refund Apple or Google payments ourselves.

App Store: at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from the purchase history in your Apple ID settings.

Google Play: from the order history in your Google Play account, or the refund request page in the Google Play Help Center.

Cards that failed to render

If a card fails to render it doesn't count toward your plan's limits, and you can simply try again.
